1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Canopy Clean Car Detailing, located at 16 Winders Road, London, SW11 3HE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who book our detailing and valeting services.

2. Service Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. To ensure the highest quality of service, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any deposit paid. Canopy Clean reserves the right to postpone or cancel services due to extreme weather conditions that may compromise the safety of our staff or the quality of the finish.

3. Liability & Vehicle Condition

Clients are required to disclose any pre-existing damage, sensitive electrical components, or special paint requirements before work commences. While Canopy Clean Car Detailing takes every precaution, including professional-grade ceramic coatings and scratch removal techniques, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical failure. We are fully insured to work on your vehicle while at our premises or during mobile service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Invoices for commercial valeting contracts are subject to 14-day payment terms from the date of issuance.
